This is my way of giving back to the local community and contributing meaningfully to an environment that plays such a vital role in shaping young lives. Schools are fundamentally people-focused organisations, where the quality of leadership, culture and support systems directly impact both staff and pupils. With my professional background in Human Resource management and leadership, I believe I can add value by supporting the school in areas such as people strategy, staff wellbeing, organisational development and fostering a positive and inclusive culture. I am particularly passionate about helping create environments where both staff and pupils can thrive, feel supported and achieve their full potential.

Becoming a governor allows me to use my skills and experience in a purposeful way, while also gaining a deeper understanding of the education sector and contributing to the continued success and development of the school.
